Sunny days are coming, it’s time for a spring clean! It’s the chance to clear out your home, and why not discover the latest decor trends too? LE BHV MARAIS reveals all the Parisian trends of the moment.

The 2016 season will be a hybrid – nothing more, nothing less. A mix of materials and styles, modelled on the brilliant success of boho-chic, brands are putting their all into mixing things up. As far as furniture is concerned, clear and rough woods stand shoulder to shoulder with metals and bright colours. This duality is also used by House Doctor, Muuto and even AM.PM, for example. Stripped-down furniture with modern curves that match up perfectly with Scandinavian-style decor.

It’s a chance for all our visitors – locals and tourists alike – to come and discover all the latest releases across 150m2 of retail space, shop for furniture from the biggest brands, find happiness with a multitude of design gifts, or even get some decor ideas.

As far as decor is concerned, the trend is for light colours. Geometric shapes and colours for cushions, but also pastel colours on side tables or shelves, to bring sun and warmth into our homes. A current ambition of Madura, for example, who this summer season have revealed a collection of decorations in pastel colours in the purest boho-spirit. And to dress up our walls and shelves, the Ibride, Magis and also Pols Potten brands are offering us decorations in paper and even cardboard. Why not mix style with saving the planet!
